Dr. Marielle Mahan is a fellowship-trained oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgeon specializing in cosmetic and functional eyelid surgery, tear duct and orbital surgery, facial reconstruction, and non-surgical aesthetic treatments. Fluent in English and Spanish, she is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

She earned her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine, followed by an internal medicine internship and ophthalmology residency at MedStar Georgetown University/Washington Hospital Center. She then completed a highly competitive fellowship in Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the prestigious Casey Eye Institute at Oregon Health & Science University, sponsored by the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS).

Dr. Mahan has authored numerous publications, presented her research nationally, and is also a published medical illustrator with a natural eye for symmetry and aesthetics. Her expertise includes eyelid and brow surgery, reconstruction after skin cancer, orbital tumors and trauma, and minimally invasive procedures such as Botox and dermal fillers. She combines artistic precision with medical expertise to restore both function and appearance, with a thoughtful approach rooted in empathy and attention to detail.
